Request reason:

My IP Address is 76.121.31.179 and it's still blocked and NOT a web host. It says that editing from 92.38.128.0/18 has been blocked (disabled) by ‪Blablubbs...this isn't my IP address and I don't use a VPN.‬ Why am I being punished for stating that WinRed is deceptive and designed to fool donors who think they are making only a one-time donation? WinRed is currently being sued by multiple State Attorney Generals as well as a national class-action law suit.
