Adding empty "election results" sections to Ukrainian political party articles

Hello - why are you adding blank election results sections to Ukrainian political party pages? On some of them, you seem to follow up and add content, while on other pages these sections sit empty. Your contributions adding election results are helpful and greatly appreciated, but on a number of articles (Ukrainian Galician Party, New Politics, Proposition, etc.) you have created empty sections, and re-added them when removed by other users.
