With regard to the article Hebrew free burial association I note you have said that you own the copyright and give permission. In order for the material to be used on wikipedia it must be licensed according to the rules set out on WP:CP. Please visit that page and either license the source material under the GFDL or provide formal permission to wikipedia to use the material, as set out on that page.
