The coming hammer of justice

[edit]

Your edits are almost good but you know they are disruptive. You only have an account for one reason per the contribution log, making edits contentious edits without consensus, and readding info after it was reverted. Go ahead and log in as another user and make your points on the talk page but the next time you disrupt over at Gaza War I will seek a block.Cptnono (talk) 09:31, 17 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Arabmaniac. I have a number of concerns regarding your edits at Gaza war, where you have repeatedly deleted sourced material without discussion (as exemplified here). I also find your user name to be offensive and have reported my concerns at Wikipedia:Usernames for administrator attention. I hope you will consider changing you user name and participating in discussion on the talk page before deleting sourced material again. Tiamuttalk 09:37, 17 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Just an addendum ... I withdrew my report at Usernames fo administrator attention. I didn't realize requests there were requests to block the editor in question. I just want you to consider changing your user name because combined with the content in some of your edits, it comes off as pejorative. I'm not sure that was your intention, but it would help to avoid problems in the future I think, if you considered changing it to something else. If you do want to do that, say so here and I'll help you figure out how. Tiamuttalk 12:05, 17 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Hi there. I see you are still changing the information that is supported by three source in the lead here. You should read WP:3RR. You are in danger of being blocked for making essentially the same edit more than 3 times in 24 hours. I would ask that you stop trying to change this information in the article directly and instead open a section on the talk page to discuss the change you are trying to introduce. Tiamuttalk 10:01, 17 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Now you're reported and your edits stood for less than an hour. Here's the link to the noticeboard seeking your immediate block for multiple reasons. Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard Cptnono (talk) 10:05, 17 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Arbitration enforcement warning

[edit]

The Arbitration Committee has permitted administrators to impose, at their own discretion, sanctions on any editor working on pages broadly related to the Arab-Israeli conflict if the editor repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you continue with the behavior on Gaza War, you may be placed under sanctions including blocks, a revert limitation or an article ban. The committee's full decision can be read at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Palestine-Israel articles#Final decision. Please see, in particular, our policies WP:3RR and WP:EW.  Sandstein  10:46, 17 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
