When placing an image into an infobox, you do not need to place [[ ]] around the File name. Also, it appears you may have a personal connection to the subject of the page. See WP:COI. Please refrain from any further editing of the page. Making changes to a Wikipedia page at the request of the family of the pages subject is not appropriate.
