Famousbirthdays.com as a source

[edit]

Hi Beats "R" Us. I noticed that you recently used famousbirthdays.com as a source for information in a biography article, Tony Cavalero. Please note that there is general consensus that famousbirthdays.com does not meet the reliable sourcing criteria for the inclusion of personal information in such articles. (See Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Noticeboard/Archive_153#Is_famousbirthdays.com_a_reliable_source_for_personal_information). If you disagree, let's discuss it. Thanks. --Ronz (talk) 18:14, 6 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. I wanted to let you know that in your recent contributions to Tony Cavalero, you seemed to act as if you were the owner of the page. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia. This means that editors do not own articles, including ones they create, and should respect the work of their fellow contributors. If you create or edit an article, remember that others are free to change its content. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Information icon Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Disturbia (film). Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Please do not add your own personal analysis of whether something was a "commercial success". NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 00:33, 22 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
