Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Dome A may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Speedy deletion nomination of Davis Lgb 46 AWS

Hello Benfxmth,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Davis Lgb 46 AWS for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Crystallizedcarbon (talk) 19:49, 25 October 2014 (UTC)

Can you please explain why you keep adding a edit request on Talk:Davis Lgb 46 AWS. To begin with the article is not protected so you can edit it yourself as you have done. Next, we can't do anything unless you tell us what you would like changed. GB fan 23:37, 28 October 2014 (UTC)

I see that you are still doing this; and are also improperly using templates like {{edit protected}} and {{permanently protected}} on other pages (examples: [1]; [2]; [3]; [4]; [5]). Therefore, Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at the welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Please see WP:PER for the correct use of these templates. --Redrose64 (talk) 22:07, 31 October 2014 (UTC)
These two edits were similarly unconstructive. --Redrose64 (talk) 18:19, 5 November 2014 (UTC)

Deletion templates

I see that you are now using deletion templates in an improper manner (examples: [6]; [7]; [8]). Before marking a page for deletion, please ensure that it is a valid candidate, and that you use an appropriate template; for example, all three of those that you used in the above three edits ({{speedy deletion-significance}}, {{db-person}} and {{subst:afd1}}) can only be used on articles, never on talk pages.

The main page that describes deletion methods is WP:DELETE, but other relevant pages include WP:CSD and WP:AFD. Please note that a User talk: page where a valid message has been left at any time in the past is almost never eligible for deletion. --Redrose64 (talk) 09:18, 6 November 2014 (UTC)

Redrose64 just warned you about placing improper speedy deletion tags on pages. After that warning you place a {{speedy deletion-significance}} tag on a usertalk page[9]. You were told above that it could only be used on articles. You also blanked a userpage[10]. If you continue to do things like this you will be blocked again for a longer period of time. You were warned above not to do this again, and yet you continued, with this edit and this one. Although this edit two days ago was similar, the fact that you reverted it demonstrates that you did take in earlier advice. --Redrose64 (talk) 10:12, 16 November 2014 (UTC)

Your RfA

Hi Ben!
I've noticed that you are currently making a RfA here. Before going public with it, I think it would be a good idea for you to know that in the history of Wikipedia, no users with your experience level have been promoted to administrator. Usually, admins have been around for at least a few months and have several thousands of edits. Therefore, yours is likely to be closed under WP:NOTNOW. Don't be discouraged, though. While this page is not official, it may help to read Wikipedia:Advice for RfA candidates, just so you know what you're getting yourself into. Regards, --Biblioworm 18:13, 26 November 2014 (UTC)
