Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi.
Although you put "underconstruction" on the page, I still nominated it for deletion since it's been that way for quite some time now. Feel free to recreate it, but try put something besides the "under construction" notice on the page, a short summary of what the article is about, and why the topic might be notable.
