Regarding your recent edit.

[edit]

Hi Bluemule, Welcome to Wikipedia. Regarding this edit [1]. The problem is, by linking to your source in the edit summary, it will be lost over time as more people edit the article, May I suggest you instead place that link inline after the words "four trucks". May I also suggest you also mention the page number, isbn of the book, etc. That way this source will remain in the article permanently. The detailed instructions on how to do this are found here template:cite book, but the basic idea is to add this to the article (with the blanks filled in of course) <ref>{{cite book |url= |author= title= |page= |isbn= |publisher=}}</ref> Cheers and welcome. I'm just seeing it now, But, I think if years are going to be mentioned like 1973 and 1974 for the tandem movie and tv series of Movin' On than it should be all of them because not all trucks in the tv series are 1974's Bluemule74 (talk) 13:24, 18 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Can you elaborate on removing archive links from references on Convoy (1978 film)? Archive links are important for verification if the pages cited are taken down or changed from their original contents - I'm unsure why you're removing them. Waxworker (talk) 17:49, 21 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't remove anything I gave a better source for Pig Pen's Mack Cruiseliner besides imcdb because that site wasn't originally accepted from a notification I received and it's the same site used for Rubber Duck's Mack and model, So, If you're going to edit out what I edited than you need to edit the year and model about Rubber Duck's Mack because the site supplied for both trucks is the same because the site talks about both trucks Bluemule74 (talk) 15:10, 22 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I than took out my second link and replaced it with a better link from the same site that brings you right directly to the section of the website for Pig Pen's Mack
If you look at source #12 and source #13 underneath sources it's the same website with source #13 being mine that if you look at my link in source #13 you'll notice that in the link it lists the website and than mentions a section for pig pen's mack cruiseliner
I figured that pig pen's mack cruiseliner should of been talked about just as much as Rubber Duck's Mack seeing that it is the only other truck that is seen in the film just as much as Rubber Duck's Mack seeing that Rubber Duck's Mack was talked about on the page Bluemule74 (talk) 15:33, 22 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
See this diff where you removed archive links. The addition of listing unrelated similar films in the lede is also unsourced - they seem inappropriate to note unless reliable sources compare Convoy to them, but may be fine under a 'See also' section. The imcdb that you highlighted is your most recent post to me is what I removed that you're trying to say that I "removed" is what I removed after I got a notification that you didn't like that site and I replaced it with a stlouisdumptrucks link and the stlouisdumptrucks link also says Pig Pen's Cruiseliner right now and stlouisdumptrucks is the same link previously supplied that identifies Rubber Duck's second unit as a 1970 Mack RS731LST which goes to back to what I told you that if you're going to edit the bit out that I added about Pig Pen's Mack Cruiseliner than you need edit out the bit of the years supplied for Rubber Duck's Mack
Where you have see "this diff" highlighted isn't the final edit that is currently up there right now as I took out that imcdb link and replaced it with another more reliable source...The same source that was already previously used for years by someone else before I had edited it Bluemule74 (talk) 13:43, 25 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
