Guideline and policy news

• Following a discussion, a new criterion for speedy category renaming was added: C2F: One eponymous article, which applies if the category contains only an eponymous article or media file, provided that the category has not otherwise been emptied shortly before the nomination. The default outcome is an upmerge to the parent categories.

Technical news

• As previously noted, tighter password requirements for Administrators were put in place last year. Wikipedia should now alert you if your password is less than 10 characters long and thus too short.

Arbitration

• The 2019 CheckUser and Oversight appointment process has begun. The community consultation period will take place October 4th to 10th.
• The arbitration case regarding Fram was closed. While there will be a local RfC focus[ing] on how harassment and private complaints should be handled in the future, there is currently a global community consultation on partial and temporary office actions in response to the incident. It will be open until October 30th.

Miscellaneous

• The Community Tech team has been working on a system for temporarily watching pages, and welcomes feedback.

Wikidata

Bonjour Bovlb, ces différentes images ont été importé par Bull-Doser bloqué ici, mais pas sur le projet francophone ni sur wikidata et commons. @135.19.242.113: Salut. Merci de m'avoir contacté. Je n'ai aucun problème avec les messages en français. Mon utilisation de discussions structurées sur Wikidata est une expérience, car je veux savoir plus à ce sujet. Je suis désolé si cela vous a dérangé.

Si je comprends bien ce que vous dites, vous supprimez de Wikidata toutes les images téléchargées sur Commons par un éditeur spécifique car cet utilisateur est actuellement bloqué sur la Wikipédia en anglais. Je remarque qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de rétablir toutes les contributions jamais effectuées par un utilisateur bloqué, sauf s'il existe une raison supplémentaire pour laquelle ces contributions sont inacceptables.

S'il existe un problème critique avec les images téléchargées (par exemple, une violation du droit d'auteur), elles doivent être supprimées sur Commons, pas sur Wikidata. Sinon, je ne vois aucune raison de ne pas conserver ces images, en particulier si elles sont la seule image d'un élément, même si leur qualité est médiocre.

Bonjour @135.19.242.113. J'ai examiné cette question plus.

* Je dois admettre que la qualité des images est souvent médiocre, bien qu'il soit parfois difficile d'obtenir des images libres de personnes et que, dans de nombreux cas, il s'agit de la seule image.

* Dans de nombreux cas (peut-être dans tous les cas), l'image a été ajoutée dans Wikidata par un éditeur indépendant, et c'est donc leur travail que vous inversez.

* Si vous avez déterminé que les images téléchargées par cet utilisateur sont universellement inappropriées pour un projet particulier (Commons, Wikidata ou Wikipedia Français), alors je pense que vous devriez proposer une décision sur ce projet spécifique plutôt que de simplement importer les décisions d'un autre projet.
