Username concern

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "BrookingVineyards", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it represents an organization, not you as an individual. Companies are not permitted to have accounts on Wikipedia; only individual people are. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing this form, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Please understand that you cannot continue on Wikipedia with this username.

If you want to retain a connection to your employer, you can include it as part of your username, such as "Jeremy at BrookingVineyards", which would make it clear that the account is operated by you alone as a representative of your employer. ~Amatulić (talk) 14:31, 21 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

My accounts user name.

[edit]

Hi, just let me know if I should change my user name but I’m a retired engineer and for my hobby I started an extremely small winery that is only a real business because to be legal making wine I had to make it a business. I used the name because commenting on a wine topic I wanted to show that I had some experience in winemaking. My views and comments are mine personally and I never say buy my wine, in fact I only sell in California anyway. But if someone thinks I should change it I can do that. Thx.
