Hello, you mentioned on your Userpage that you previously had an account under the name Sussyman11. In general, if an editor is under an active block they have to first appeal that block before asking for the WP:Standard offer or use a WP:Clean start. Since you have made two good-faith edits since then you would have a good chance of successfully appealing that block. Please see WP:GAB and make the request on the page of your old account.
