Very likely you are new to Wikipedia and you seem to be navigating uncharted waters. I will therefore cordially advise you that some of your editings, basically all of the same kind, don't match the spirit of the project having at least partially self-serving purposes ([1]). It is very little to the liking of Wikipedia to add recordings in another language, and more so when there is only a small part on the issue itself (some minutes of a recording you are misleadingly calling a "speech").
