1. Is each fact referenced with an appropriate, reliable reference?: Every paragraph/sentence that contains a fact is followed by a reliable reference.

2. Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? Is there anything that distracted you?: The article goes straight into facts and never strays from the topic unless it is the start of a new section/sub-topic. It is extremely straightforward and there were no points where I felt distracted or pulled from the topic.

3. Is the article neutral? Are there any claims, or frames, that appear heavily biased toward a particular position?: The article is very neutral. Any claims made are quotes/facts from Demi Lovato herself. For example, the article touches briefly on Lovato's support of gay rights. This is her own opinion and is therefore a fact rather than an opinion of the author.

4. Where does the information come from? Are these neutral sources? If biased, is that biased noted?: The sources are neutral and come from reliable websites.

5. Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented?: There are a few sections that could be represented a bit more. The "Personal Life" section could use a little bit more information.

6. Check a few citations. Do the links work? Is there any close paraphrasing or plagiarism in the article?: Each link is in working order. Everything is referenced, and any direct quote is noted and given quotation marks.

7. Is any information out of date? Is anything missing that could be added?: The article continues to be updated and reviewed. There are many items on the talk page and work is still being done to constantly improve the article.

Infobox template

Hi Chipotleismylife and welcome to Wikipedia. I wanted to let you know that you don't need to create a template to use an infobox - you can just place the infobox directly into the article. I have moved your infobox to your article draft - you can see my change at [1] for future reference. Also, and I apologize for the incomprehensible template message above, Wikipedia does not permit photos of living people to be used under a claim of fair use (unless there is an extraordinary circumstance, such as someone who is in hiding). The theory is that as long as the person is alive, it is possible that someone could photograph them and release the photo under a free content license.
