@Secretlondon, Izno, and Jpgordon: I just read through the statements and examples in Wikipedia:Here to build an encyclopedia#Clearly not being here to build an encyclopedia and I can't really see which of those would apply here.

Secretlondon gave "... so a possible PROJSOCK to boot" as a second reason for blocking Dhickypedia, but what does this mean?

I would appreciate if you could explain why you chose to execute an indefinite block in more detail.

WP:PROJSOCK is the relevant link. Their naming would have gotten them blocked regardless at WP:UAA, but the case here is clearly "they weren't here to help build an encyclopedia, they were here to argue about something clearly divisive on an account made solely for that purpose"... which is the point of WP:PROJSOCK. They were later meta:locked for their activity, so two admins (myself and the declined appeal by Jpgordon - the block log is solely mine, their item in the log was solely about whether this user had access to their talk page) and a steward all agreed they probably weren't here for the good of the project. From what I see on Special:Contributions/DHICKYPEDIA I can't really identify 'clearly divisive' arguments or objectionable behaviour.

I guess we can trust your common intuition but tangible evidence would be preferable.
