Daredeveil (talk) 00:34, 8 June 2008 (UTC) sometimes it is 'good to do bad' to those who 'do bad to good', i guessDaredeveil (talk) 00:34, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Second advice
[edit]Constructive contributions are appreciated and strongly encouraged, but your recent edit to the userpage of another user may be considered vandalism. Specifically, your edit to User:Dave1185 may be offensive or unwelcome. If you are the user, please log in under that account and proceed to make the changes. Please use the sandbox for any tests you may want to do. Take a look at our introduction page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thank you. please do not be so disruptive as to vandalise other user's page by adding unwarranted comments, you should have directed your message to their User talk page instead. Dave1185 (talk) 00:39, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
misplaced unwanted advices that talk about nonsense other users see history
[edit]Daredeveil (talk) 00:50, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Third advice
[edit]Please stop. If you continue to blank out or delete portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did to Run batted in, you will be blocked from editing. Dave1185 (talk) 01:20, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Final Warning
[edit]I have given you the welcome page above to read on and study as to how to use wikipedia and it's various other function, the least you could do when in doubt is ask me but you kept going on like a loose cannon with absolutely no controls. It frustrates other users who kept telling you to slow down and read on the finer points of sharing wikipedia with other editors when all you do is adding a lot of disruptive edits but I won't deny your effort at making the good ones. So for the last time, this is not your own wikipedia as it is a shared effort by all of us here, do the right thing by reading carefully through the Welcome page I had provided you with, is it really that difficult to comply to that? --Dave1185 (talk) 01:44, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
nuisance has striked again
[edit]for other users, please get her (dave) off my talk page.. other users, please visit [RBI] and type its history to know the timing of my edits and the time that miss. dave has posted these hasty "act-too-smart" advices
for dave,
1 please see ur talk page
2 rbi means reserve bank of india for one fifth of humanity
3 baseball is not the only place where you get a r b i..look beyond america..there is a world outside..take my advice and stop bugging me. with kind regards Daredeveil (talk) 01:30, 8 June 2008 (UTC) Daredeveil (talk) 01:31, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- You obviously have no regards to the consensus of wikipedians here, whilst RBI may stand for Reserved Bank of India and I'm not denying you from editing that article but the least you could do as a newbie is to learn to comply with somethings in wikipedia such WP:MOS, getting the common consensus to agree before making so much sweeping edits and also to read through the Welcome page I had provided you with, is it really really that difficult to comply to that? I had shown you a lot of good faith in the beginning by introducing the welcome page for you read up on but what have you done beside just kept attacking me indirectly? My friend, you risk getting BLOCKED should you carry on with such disruptive maverick behaviour. Btw, I'm not from the states, the disamb page of RBI is a collection of acronym forms of RBI, there is a certain way we edit articles within the context of maintaining a Manual of Style in wikipedia. Lest you chose to not read on that. --Dave1185 (talk) 01:44, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Not Vandalism
[edit]This Diff edit by User:Daredeveil was not vandalism. Jeepday (talk) 02:07, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Reverting
[edit]I reviewed some of your edits and it appears you are not familiar with all of our policies you might want to read Wikipedia:Three-revert rule, In essence it say Edit Warring is bad, when you make a series of changes that are reverted, don't just revert them back to your way. You need to talk to the editors involved and find out why your edit was changed. We work by Wikipedia:Consensus, if you have any questions leave a note on my talk page. Thanks and happy editing. RBI again
[edit]Sorry, but the issue of redirecting RBI to Run batted in has been discussed in the past and there has not been a consensus to change it. If you disagree, you are welcome to reopen the discussion (and list it at WP:RM), but you should not change the redirect in the absence of consensus. --Russ (talk) 20:05, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
