AFD

[edit]

Have you considered using {{prod}} or talking to the editors before nominating for deletion? Nothing wrong with pushing them all to AFD, but it will take the load off if you try the other avenues first. Cheers Yomanganitalk 16:47, 26 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The article Strands has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unambiguous advertising article about an online business of dubious notability. Large swatches of barely-English patent nonsense. (These services are provided across three verticals....) Obvious promotional point of view. (...a life streaming service that helps users discover new things based on what their friends like and do...) Not notable; references provided are to routine announcements about financing or acquisitions.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
