AfD nomination of POP (Company)
[edit]An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is POP (Company). We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/POP (Company). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:08, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of File:Brunetti Oscar.jpg
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:Brunetti Oscar.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Stefan2 (talk) 22:19, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
Vandalism on Dana Brunetti
[edit]Giving you the benefit of the doubt that you may not have intentionally done it and may have just been reverting back to an old version, in this edit, you added vandalism to the article. Please don't do it again. --B (talk) 22:38, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
- Photos of living people used under a claim of fair use are almost never acceptable on Wikipedia. (Wikipedia is intentionally more restrictive than US law might permit us to be.) --B (talk) 23:00, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
- If you click on the photos in those articles, you will see that they were taken by someone who released their photo under an acceptable license - either releasing all rights to it or publishing it under a free content license such as the GFDL or an acceptable Creative Commons license. --B (talk) 23:11, 20 March 2013 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Fcr. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Fcr~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
