Please review the comment(s) underneath your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. Thank you for contributing to Did You Know! Kiefer.Wolfowitz 21:49, 31 January 2011 (UTC) The article seems a bit shorter than a 5-fold expansion. Kiefer.Wolfowitz 21:49, 31 January 2011 (UTC)
Just expand the bibliography information for the reference, and your DYK nomination should be fine! Good work! Are you from Cleveland?
I'm going to sleep. Please remind me tomorrow if you need help. Best regards, Kiefer.Wolfowitz (talk) 01:38, 2 February 2011 (UTC)
- I was going to use other references, but those other references still use the Cullinane one so I figured to use the Cullinane book as the main reference. As for other fields something screwed up lemme take a look. –HTD (ITN: Where no updates but is stickied happens.) 03:20, 2 February 2011 (UTC)

DYK review response
Hello, thank you for doing the DYK review for The Mystery of a Hansom Cab. I have responded to your comments, at Template_talk:Did_you_know#The_Mystery_of_a_Hansom_Cab. Cheers, -- Cirt (talk) 15:40, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
- I responded, again. The quote from the cited secondary source states: "it went on to sell over half a million copies worldwide, outselling Conan Doyle's A Study in Scarlet (1887)". Satisfied? :) -- Cirt (talk) 15:46, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
- I have replied back. I reworded the hook. Per your suggested wording. Is this now done? :P -- Cirt (talk) 15:58, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
- Good? :) -- Cirt (talk) 16:06, 1 February 2011 (UTC)

DYK for Philippine Assembly elections, 1907
On 9 February 2011, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Philippine Assembly elections, 1907, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that, before the 1907 Philippine Assembly elections, the nominating convention of the Nacionalista Party ended in disarray while the Progresista Party's candidates were heckled "Hang them, kill them" at their rallies? You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Poblacion
I note that in some articles about the Philippines the word POBLACION is used. This doesn't appear to be an English word - can you tell me what it means and is it Tagalog or Spanish? Thanks, Denisarona (talk) 11:50, 10 February 2011 (UTC)
- I reckon it's Spanish -- in Tagalog it means town center. –HTD (ITN: Where no updates but is stickied happens.) 13:54, 10 February 2011 (UTC)
- P.S. We have an article for that. See poblacion. –HTD (ITN: Where no updates but is stickied happens.) 13:55, 10 February 2011 (UTC)
Many thanks for your explanation - I've been trying to reconcile the Spanish = population with its use in Philippine articles. It's now clear. Again, thanks for your time. Denisarona (talk) 14:12, 10 February 2011 (UTC)

Admin behaviour
per Wikipedia:In_the_news/Candidates#Grammy_Awards and Wikipedia:Administrators#Administrator_recall. for an admin whos supposed to be level-headed and objective those NPA were way beyond his scope. He also used NPA's against me, after which i clarified mine wasnt an attack and he still reiterated them. What process to remedy this can we take?Lihaas (talk) 20:16, 14 February 2011 (UTC)

You know, I ended that debate, after one user thought he could be insolent - (a member of a people receiving development aid. Anyway, at least you revealed, what lousy people you Filipinos are. (If you lose a debate, then you say: "Go away" - but still want money. Just sucking money from development aid without doing anything essential. Ah, and about the so called OFWs. Non-essential works can be also done by others, so OFWs are fully dispensable. What have Filipinos done any achievements so far in science and technology: not a single shit. --Bone1234 (talk) 09:33, 4 March 2011 (UTC)

Wow.... just wow.... When I reverted mervynbunique's edits with the summary of 'unnecessary detail', you reverted it saying it's 'necessary detail'. Now, you all of sudden revert his edit saying 'too much detail' therefore I wasn't really doing anything wrong in the first place!!! You're a fucking arrogant hypocrite that always wants to be right. And you seriously need to piss off!! Go stick to your government/politics, basketball, volleyball or whatever else that you normally do! Banana Fingers (talk) 14:37, 27 March 2011 (UTC)
