Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. Proposed deletion of Polo Molina

While he doesn't currently lack coverage in 3rd party references, all that coverage is related to WP:ONEVENT. Prior to this event, I'm seeing mentions in news articles but always in passing, not articles where he is the focus.
