[edit]Hello, I'm AramilFeraxa. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Kapisa Province, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. AramilFeraxa (talk) 15:00, 24 April 2021 (UTC)
My source is people in Afghanistan, when I get the reference I shall link it. JS1 PRN (talk) 22:35, 24 April 2021 (UTC)
Disruption
[edit]Please do not alter/remove information about the ethnic make-up of various places in Afghanistan, especially if its sourced - that's against the rules. --HistoryofIran (talk) 19:22, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
- If you continue to do this, you will get reported. --HistoryofIran (talk) 23:09, 22 May 2021 (UTC)

Important Notice
[edit]This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

[edit]Please do not add or change content, as you did at Parwan Province, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. You removed referenced information from the Naval Postgraduate school and replaced it with unsourced information. I also doubt the accuracy of the district ethnicity material. Danre98(talk^contribs) 16:11, 2 August 2021 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did at Logar Province, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. —Danre98(talk^contribs) 14:16, 21 August 2021 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Parwan Province, you may be blocked from editing. —Danre98(talk^contribs) 10:55, 23 August 2021 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Parwan Province. The source you provided did not support your edits of the ethnic makeup of each district. I tried to talk to you about a similar issue with a different provincial article at User talk:JS1 PRN#Kapisa Province Ethnicity but I did not get a response. —Danre98(talk^contribs) 23:55, 25 August 2021 (UTC)
Cut it out, I left a source and even put Ghorband as majority Pashtun which is possibly true but not confirmed. JS1 PRN (talk) 08:28, 26 August 2021 (UTC)
- I don't see how your source supports your edits. I don't see ethnic info for each individual district on there. Putting
Ghorband as majority Pashtun which is possibly true but not confirmed
is problematic because then readers can't verify whether that is true or not. Please see the policy on WP:Verifiability and WP:No original research. —Danre98(talk^contribs) 09:50, 26 August 2021 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. This is not an official warning, but the information in it is important. —Danre98(talk^contribs) 09:51, 26 August 2021 (UTC)
Kapisa Province Ethnicity
[edit]Thank you for providing a source. The source you provided, https://nps.edu/web/ccs/Kapisa, doesn't list ethnicity figures for districts. For example, where did you get "60% Pashai and 40% Pashtuns" for Alasay District? I don't see that information in the source you provided. That is why I reverted your edit. —Danre98(talk^contribs) 10:56, 25 August 2021 (UTC)

- @JS1 PRN: Warning Information added to articles must be verifiable with reliable sources. Please answer the question I asked at the thread mentioned above. You may be indefinitely blocked if there is no satisfactory explanation for how the values you add can be verified. Johnuniq (talk) 05:14, 12 September 2021 (UTC)
- The thread has been archived, but the question @Johnuniq asked was "
At Parwan Province, this edit changed the reference to https://nps.edu/web/ccs/parwan and added many precise percentages, such as "65% Tajiks and 35% Pashtuns" for Bagram. Please explain where the reference verifies those numbers.
" Please answer if you resume editing. —Danre98(talk^contribs) 21:45, 23 September 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Parwan Province, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 22:41, 21 November 2021 (UTC)
I have removed the the content because it was obselete given my source. JS1 PRN (talk) 00:06, 22 November 2021 (UTC)
