Hello Jacisonaboat. I saw your above comment when fiddling in the Sandbox myself.
As I understand it, you cannot create another page for it. Simply edit whatever is there already.
If you require a more private one for long term projects, perhaps try your sandbox. You can also create any page in your user namespace by prefixing the page name with User:Jacisonaboat. For example, my template project-in-progress lives at User:BlueNovember/Shogi_template.
