Film articles

[edit]

Hi there. I wanted to explain why I reverted your edits to Circle (2015 film). First, Wikipedia doesn't give out spoiler warnings. Second, we try to limit film plots to a maximum of 700 words to prevent them from getting overdetailed and wordy. Your edits pushed what was already a wordy plot over 700 words and added a bit too much detail. It's not a big deal, but I think the plot probably needs to be streamlined down a bit, not expanded with more detail. And, finally, our standardized layout places cast lists after the plot. Again, not a big deal, but it breaks with our [[MOS:FILM}manual of style for films]]. I hope that you'll continue to contribute to film articles, but you might have an easier time if you scan through some of these links. They're admittedly a bit bureaucratic, but they're not too long. The article Embassy of Kosovo in Ottawa has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

So? This doesn't say anything about Canadian-Kosovo relations.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
