[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 17:07, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
- Jimmy, the edit in question was this one to the Swish Swish article, where you added 2016 as the year it was recorded. If you have evidence (via WP:RS) that it was recorded then, please re-add the info along with a citation. Robman94 (talk) 17:10, 3 April 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add or change content, as you did at Yandhi, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. StaticVapor message me! 22:53, 21 March 2019 (UTC)

[edit]On your recent edit of I Love It (Kanye West and Lil Pump song), you listed the song as being from Yandhi with no source to clarify this listed in either of the articles. I reverted the edit under my IP Address due to not realising initially that Wiki hadn't kept me logged in and I have logged back in now to give you this message. Please never add unsourced information claiming that a song is on an album. --Kyle Peake (talk) 08:08, 22 March 2019 (UTC)

A little advice
[edit]I think you need to understand that Wikipedia isn't a "breaking news" type of website, we don't need to be the first to publish that someone is about to release a single or an album, etc. In fact, we like to let others do it first. So, rather than watching somebody's Twitter feed and the moment you get a hint that a new song is coming, adding it to Wikipedia, you should wait for the news organizations to publish something about it, then add the info and use that newspaper website as a reference. Just because an artist says they're going to do something, doesn't mean they actually will, but if they do follow through and do it, and if it's notable, somebody will report on it.
Looking at your edit history, I see that many of your edits have been reversed, so that should give you a hint that maybe you're doing something wrong. Feel free to reach out if you want any advice on how best to edit here. Robman94 (talk) 22:45, 4 April 2019 (UTC)

Clout (feat. Cardi B) moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Clout (feat. Cardi B), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. [edit]Hello, I'm SNUGGUMS. I noticed that you made a comment that didn't seem very civil, so it has been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Name-calling as you did here towards an IP is not appropriate regardless of what they were doing. You should've just reverted without the blatant insult. SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 16:33, 22 April 2020 (UTC)
Sorry, it´s just racism gets me very uncomfortable and sad as he called George the n word for no reason and I kinda felt bad, as I am black myself, I take my black culture very seriously. I hate that word. That´s all I have to say.
Thank you, JimmySevile2006 (talk) 18:05, 22 April 2020 (UTC)
- The apology is appreciated, and I really didn't like how that IP used racist language either. They were definitely in the wrong there. SNUGGUMS (talk / edits) 18:37, 22 April 2020 (UTC)
- Hi Jimmy, it was your edit summary, when it appeared in my watchlist, that brought the IP's edit to my attention. While I would usually agree that we remain civil when dealing with other people here, I don't consider racist people as being worthy of being treated civilly. I sympathize and understand why you were upset. If anyone holds your edit summary against you in future, please let me know if I can assist. I am sorry that someone used that word here. Uncivil edit summary
[edit]This rudeness that you conveyed in your edit summary was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. There was no need to be uncivil and brand me a "liar". Saying "No you are a liar" is not appropriate when my intentions were the contrary. I honestly couldn't care less whether the song peaked at number one or number 100; I was not lying, the source showed the song peaked at number one here, which is what I was going with when I originally added the peak, however it is clearly an error on Rolling Stone's side, as the week the song debuted shows it debuted at number two, here, and is backed up by this Rolling Stone article. So yeah, as I did the research now, I admit, I made a mistake. I apologize for that, but I kindly suggest, instead of being uncivil, you read WP:CIVIL and refrain from attacking other users and, explain why other users' edits are wrong without being rude. Thank you. AshMusique (talk) 19:11, 3 July 2020 (UTC)
First of all, the source doesn’t even show GOOBA is at number 1, it shows that ROCKSTAR by DaBaby is number 1, the reason you think it’s number 1 is possibly because of the fact you may live j a diffetrent country or either something else, anyways, the song did not peak at number 1, end of story.
- JimmySeville2096
- Uhm what? Did you not just read what I posted here? I don't mean to insult you or to be rude, but I think you're lacking reading comprehension here. I literally admitted that the song DID NOT peak at number one?? Again: I don't think it's numner one, I agreed that the source doesn't show it's number one, that's why I added the correct link to show it reached number two. I don't know what living in a "different country" has to do with this either, but you are very much confused right now. Slow down and kindly read my above message again, please. And check the link at Gooba I just reverted you for re-adding the wrong link. And thanks for not addressing your rudeness. End of story. AshMusique (talk) 21:52, 3 July 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Do not continue to revert the New Zealand certification for Savage (song) under the solo certifications section. It is clearly reflected that the certification is for the remix on the official NZ Top 40 website here, therefore it needs to stay under the remix charts and certifications section.
Also, threatening to block someone "with no warning" is not only inaccurate as you do not have that authority, it can also result in you being permanently blocked from editing by an actual admin.--StatsFreak (talk) 05:23, 4 July 2020 (UTC)

Police photos
[edit]My IPad screwed me up before I could fully explain my revert, so here goes:
First, the police photos are primary sources. All they can reliably tell us is what they depict or appear to depict and what the timestamp says. We do not know that the camera’s clock was set correctly. That’s why if we were to cite them for the time the body was discovered we would much prefer to use a reliable secondary source for that.
Second, and more importantly, we need to cite a reliable source. Your say-so in the comments just isn’t enough. 16:55, 12 August 2024 (UTC) Daniel Case (talk) 16:55, 12 August 2024 (UTC)
How can I cite the actual picture then? I have the Google drive that includes the evidence markers, the dead body, and images of the house.1:18, 12 August 2024 (ET) JimmySeville2006 (talk) 1:18, 12 August 2024 (ET)
- Well, what's the URL for it? Is it something anyone could access? And how do we know it's the actual info? Daniel Case (talk) 02:40, 19 August 2024 (UTC)
- I have a Google Drive from a couple years ago with the remainder of the photos; the drive actually got leaked online last month, but I've had it for about a while.
- The drive includes evidence markers, Ms Blanchard's dead (and bloody..VERY...she also nude in the photos for some reason) body and along with photographs of the house. JimmySevile2006 (talk) 12:33, 19 August 2024 (UTC)
