Request reason:

I have understood that I have been blocked from editing Wikipedia from vandalizing a page. I now no to write things on my user sandbox and not to add inaccurate information to pages. I understand that I should not have added possibly false or justified information despite the fact that it was likely true. Instead next time I will add things to my sandbox or cite all of the information I add to a page. It was unfair to the creators and editors of the [:Jimmy Neutron]] to add untrue information and I am sorry.

We won't unblock you to just fool around in your sandbox. If you have constructive edits you wish to make towards this project to write an encyclopedia of human knowledge, please tell what those are. An example of a specific, substantive edit you would make would be very helpful.
