We're very happy to have you here, and I'm pleased you've added your affiliation to your name: we welcome people from organizations editing Wikipedia, providing they declare their affiliation overtly. Moreover, we appreciate the input they can bring to their own organization's article. However, we have some fairly tight constraints on how people should interact with Wikipedia on topics in which they might have a direct personal connection with, and recommend that you engage with us of the article's talk page (in this case, Talk:Childnet) and other forums in order to improve this article, instead of directly doing so yourself. You can then propose changes on the article talk page by using the {{request edit}} template, or communicate with other editors directly by editing their talk pages. These proposals may or may not be acted upon.
You can also suggest changes on the conflict-of-interest noticeboard. Please see WP:COI for more on this. The Teahouse (see above) can also help.
