Hello Marquez~enwiki, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Thank you for putting interlanguage links. One hint: it is good to put an edit summary. For example, something like "+ar" would be helpful. Thanks. Oleg Alexandrov (talk) 08:16, 22 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

you added arabic to Tunis and Dar es Salaam intro sentence - why?

[edit]

I'm not sure why. But you added : (Arabic: تونس) to the first sentence of Tunis (and other articles apparently) see this version where it first appeared, [1].

Needless to say I deleted it because there is already a link to the arabic article, and this is the English wikipedia. The arabic name is not only irrelevant here (unless it's commonly used in English) but actually unreadable too since it's a different script. Sbwoodside 08:10, 9 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Excellent work

I want to tell you that you're doing a good job on adding references to the List of Arab Americans. Keep it up :-). --Inahet 06:22, 25 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
