Wikiproject
[edit]I saw you edit some pro-wrestling related articles and I thought you may be interested in joining the Pro Wrestling Wikiproject. All you do to join is add your name to the list of participants and your in. Hope you join! — Moe ε 20:46, 27 September 2005 (UTC)
You should strongly consider changing your user name, though. It's clear that you want to do good work and I'd hate to see you get blocked over a really bad pun. Thanks. - Lucky 6.9 09:37, 9 October 2005 (UTC)
Ryan O'Reilly (wrestler)
[edit]Hello MikeHUnt411, it's Moe Epsilon. I came to tell you to please do not create anymore low quality articles like the Ryan O'Reilly (wrestler) page. — Moe ε 20:55, 21 November 2005 (UTC)
Hello
[edit]Hello. Please do not remove warnings from your userpage. Instead, archive them. If you would like to know how, please leave a message on my page. Cheers, --unforgettableid | talk to me 11:23, 22 May 2006 (UTC)
Wrestlers
[edit]Hi! You are adding a lot of minor wrestlers to Wikipedia. Unfortunately, Wikipedia is a general encyclopedia, not an encyclopedia of wrestling. www.wikia.com is a good website to go to if you want to start your own encyclopedia of wrestling. When you create an article about a wrestler (or any sports practitioner), always write: What league is this wrestler affiliated with? Why is this wrestler significant? Why would the general public want to read about this wrestler? Cheers, --unforgettableid | talk to me 11:30, 22 May 2006 (UTC)
Image Tagging for Image:Josie wrestler.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Josie wrestler.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Brandy Alexander (wrestler) has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt this person might not be notable enough for an article. Please review Wikipedia:Notability (people) for the relevant guidelines. If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so.
If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the "prod" template, the article may be deleted without further discussion. If you remove the prod template, the article will not be deleted, but if an editor is still not satisfied that it meets Wikipedia guidelines, it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Orphaned fair use image (Image:Josie wrestler.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Josie wrestler.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Marybeth Grant
[edit]An editor has added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Marybeth Grant, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but it is not believed it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has been explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Kevin Matthews (wrestler)

Replaceable fair use Image:LoniSanders.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:LoniSanders.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the media description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, fair use media which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if not used in an article), per our Fair Use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Garion96 (talk) 21:50, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello MikeHunt411! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 3 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 7 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:
- Tailor James - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
- Colleen Marie - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
- Shallan Meiers - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Articles for deletion nomination of Aliya Wolf
[edit]I have nominated Aliya Wolf, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Aliya Wolf. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Off2riorob (talk) 22:34, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
The article Markéta Jánská has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Fails WP:ENT, with only three roles (two uncredited), all as generic nameless characters; no indication the subject can satisfy the GNG or any other specialized guideline
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 19:30, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
