I am chairman,Bangladesh educational employees Fedration.There are many problem in Bangladesh None government educational institute.Most suffer are employer whose are not teacher.But employee work in institute day and night.There is no service rules for employer.Very soon goernment publish education policy. But there is no benefite for employer.
