Check it again; can you not see the large angry red error message in the opening paragraph? Eagleash (talk) 17:05, 7 May 2021 (UTC)
(edit conflict)Oh look, you've fixed it. You should use the preview button before saving your edits. BTW there's no real reason why this information should not be in the lead, (which should summarise the article). Her marriage to a well-known person would be regarded as quite important. Eagleash (talk) 17:12, 7 May 2021 (UTC)
I must have looked at a different tab and missed the error. Mistakes happen. BTW three of Rupert Murdoch's wives are famous and well-known in their own right - why doesn't his page immediately state that he was married to them? It's a basis going around on Wikipedia that famous women, married to famous men, have their marriage front and center. However, that is not the case on the men's pages. Wendi Deng's marriages are referenced in other places throughout the page should someone be seeking that information. Momayh01 (talk)

[edit]Hi Momayh01! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Wendi Deng Murdoch that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. This isn’t saying your edits are unjustified or that your edit summaries are insufficient - just the minor edit checkbox. POLITANVM talk 17:10, 7 May 2021 (UTC)

Wikipedia and copyright
[edit]Hello Momayh01! Your additions to Ted Kooser have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 15:01, 12 June 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Before adding a category to an article, as you did to Federal Indian Boarding School Initiative, please make sure that the subject of the article really belongs in the category that you specified according to Wikipedia's categorization guidelines. The category being added must already exist, and must be supported by the article's verifiable content. Categories may be removed if they are deemed incorrect for the subject matter. I have removed all the cats from this article, as they were incorrect, and marked the article as uncategorised. Best, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 05:23, 26 June 2021 (UTC)
Ways to improve Kenneth Vampola
[edit]Hello, Momayh01,
Thank you for creating Kenneth Vampola.
I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:
I am not sure if this person meets Wikipedia notability criteria. Judges are considered notable if they achieve state-wide office (see WP:JUDGE) but this person appears to be a district judge
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Paul W}}
