TV infoboxes

[edit]

I have again reverted your edit at Brooklyn Nine-Nine. It does not matter that other articles do what you claimed,[1] if they do, they are wrong and need to be fixed. The infobox is supposed to list data briefly. The place for explanation is in the body of the article, not the infobox. Contrary to your claim, not including the data does not imply that these people are active EPs. Articles are supposed to document the entire history of a series and MOS:TVCAST specifically states "Articles should reflect the entire history of a series, and as such cast members remain on the list even after their departure from the series." This applies equally to crew, so it's quite normal to see people listed who are no longer part of a series. Most importantly, WP:SMALLTEXT very clearly states that small text should not be used in infoboxes. This is an accessibility issue and is taken seriously. Everyone should be able to read Wikipedia articles and an 85% font size has been set as the minimum size to be used. That is also the default size for text in the infobox and small text takes the size below that, discriminating against the visually impaired. --AussieLegend () 08:16, 29 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 03:02, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
