Concern regarding Draft:K-factor (electrical engineering)

- A lot of the references used quotes. I think that using unmerged references makes it more clear which quote corresponds to which source. --MtPenguinMonster (talk) 00:43, 9 October 2024 (UTC)

I think the original intent in merging references in the lead was that they would be less of a distraction. Many FA articles do not even have references in the lead. - I agree that merging references can be good for making the article less cluttered. However, if a source is quoted, it is good to have the quote and its source in their own
