Hello. I do not speak Turkish, nor have I ever been active on the Turkish Wikipedia. If you'd like to contact me, please do so in English, on my English talk page. As your user page indicates that you are a native English speaker, I hope this will not be too much of an inconvenience to you. I can recognize from the general layout and some cognates that your message is an analogue of {{hello}} or some related template message, so this time I don't think there is any problem with communication, but I just thought I'd drop you a note in case of further correspondence. Thanks! — flamingspinach | (talk) 00:53, 25 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, MS. How are you ? It's been a long time since we talked. Did you change user name to Melihsen in Turkish Wikipedia ? As long as I know, you are one of the most neutral users in Turkish Wikipedia. Unfortunately, I witnessed unreasonable and unneutral edits by many users (including some administrators) from Turkish Wikipedia. Could you help English Wikipedia ? Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
