@DoubleGrazing pl:Stanisław Suchowolec exists. I'd recommend publishing this with no prejudice to an AfD, but the subject has borderline notability IMHO. Not seeing great sources on pl wiki or in my BEFORE, but what I see in Google Books in English is promising [1]. I'd recommend you revise your decision. Perhaps ask the author to improve the sourcing a bit (the book is missing ISBN and publisher, some more sources can be added from pl wiki and from English Google Book search linked). _{Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here} 09:24, 22 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Piotrus,

Thanks for your message, but I don't see any reason to "revise [my] decision", which I fully stand by. This draft is mainly based on a single source, and altogether cites only three sources, one of which provides no meaningful coverage of the subject. That is simply not enough to satisfy WP:GNG.

Whether or not the same topic exists in pl.wiki has no bearing on this, as I'm sure you know.

Besides all that, I didn't reject this draft, which would indeed make it necessary for me to reverse my decision before this can proceed. I only declined it, which gives the author precisely the opportunity to "improve the sourcing a bit" which you're asking for. After that they're more than welcome to resubmit.
