Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 94.8.162.51. I occasionally use ProtonVPN but never, to my knowledge, to edit Wikipedia pages. Pdemptos (talk) 21:16, 20 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You will need to make sure that the VPN is off, then clear your browser cache and wait 24 hours for the block to clear your system, you should then be able to make edits.
