Information icon Your recent edit to Hartford, Connecticut appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person or organization added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Draft:Wilfred "Wilf" Franks, and it appears to include material copied directly from https://wilfredfranksbiography.wordpress.com/.

It is possible that the bot was mistaken and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. James Sellars (composer) ‎

[edit]

Thanks for your edits to create James Sellars (composer). The following comments are to help you as an editor, for the creation of future articles and are offered constructively in good faith and without any malice. I encourage you to review the edits that I have made to the article. This includes the adding of categories for Sellars' occupation, birth and death years, where he was from; and that he was an alumnus from various educational institutions. On the Talk page, I also added tags relative to his biography. The article may benefit from the addition of an {{Infobox classical composer}}; however, I did not go down that path. Perhaps you may like to try.... Anyway, keep up the great work. Cheers. Rangasyd (talk) 14:08, 29 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article James Sellars (composer) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article was previously dependent on text that was a copy violation (WP:COPYVIO). Beyond that information, there is very little reliable media coverage on the gentleman from which to gather any evidence of notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ---DOOMSDAYER520 (Talk|Contribs) 21:18, 28 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
