You can ask that the image be changed, which you have done. You may not treat other editors as enemies or opponents to be denigrated or defeated. Have patience, and remember that things take time to be discussed. Administrators don't make content decisions the way you're asking, we are not judges of content. You must wait for discussion at that talkpage, which may take days or weeks to resolve. The image's attribution concerns me. You may be right, it looks like it's copied from somewhere else. Do you have a link ti the Times of India use that you mentioned?
