Raja Varma started his career in India's reputed research Institutes like JNCASR, CDFD working in Structural Bioinformatics domain applying CADD, Molecular Modeling, Molecular Dynamic Simulation of Biomolecules & Protein-Protein Docking Studies to solve the Host-Pathogen Interaction of Cancer Biology Research.
In Ocimum Biosolutions
[edit]Nearly, 1.8 years he was focusing on Genomics Research doing NGS-Data Analysis of different Platforms for varies Client Projects. His other responsibilities were giving demo of Ocimum Products Genowiz & Optgene to both nation and international clients round the clock and also responding quires related to products.

[edit]He joined Positive Bioscience as Computational Biologist. Positive Bioscience is a Bioinformatics stat-up company Developing Genomics Data Analysis softwares. It is located in Mumbai, India.
