No intention of drafting anything like an autobiography - simply wanted to: 1.) Add a new co-authored book to my list of non-fiction publications. 2.) Provide reference listing me as co-author (Amazon.com page). 3.) Insert photograph. Please provide guidance to performing these tasks correctly. Thank you.
