A tag has been placed on Teetite, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Jb0007 (talk) 18:02, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of WHATEVER:forums
[edit]A tag has been placed on WHATEVER:forums requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Excirial (Talk,Contribs) 17:57, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Erasers, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://ladygatorsplace.com/eraser.htm. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 18:12, 23 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to William H. Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to William H. Seward. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. ThaddeusB (talk) 01:52, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
Image without license
[edit]Unspecified source/license for Image:Mi4eyes.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Mi4eyes.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (Talk • Contribs • Owner) 20:28, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
Double eye
[edit]The article Double eye lacks references and needs a lot of work. I'm going to propose this article be deleted. If nobody objects, it will be deleted in 5 days. If anyone objects, and the article is not vastly improved and referenced using reliable sources after a few more days, I will recommend it be deleted through the Articles for Deletion process. Also, since the image Image:Mi4eyes.jpg is "from Google" it is likely a copyright violation. Someone else has already tagged that, and it will probably be deleted on or shortly after October 5th. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 18:12, 30 September 2008 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Double eye
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Double eye, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 18:21, 30 September 2008 (UTC)
You are welcome to edit Wikipedia
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Despite some edits you've made that don't help the project, I think that if you are serious about editing Wikipedia, you can be a valuable contributor. I'll be happy to help you get your feet wet. One of the ways I learned was by working on a Wikiproject. I worked on the Articles for Creation project, but you can pick any project. I recommend picking something you care about, like the project for the state or country you live in or the project for your favorite professional sport. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 18:36, 30 September 2008 (UTC)
File source problem with File:545783-malpass_super.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:545783-malpass_super.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 18:36, 27 June 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rettetast (talk) 18:36, 27 June 2009 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Chaos (cosmogony). Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Radagast3 (talk) 02:25, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
File copyright problem with File:Cooltext449280992MouseOver.png
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Cooltext449280992MouseOver.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. FASTILYsock(TALK) 01:37, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
