Your article Flint Hip Hop
[edit]Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia by creating the page Flint Hip Hop. Your test worked, and has been or will soon be removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Please create a separate article
[edit]I see you are trying to add information about a musician to Wikipedia. However, you need to create a new page under a new title (for example, Scat (hip-hop artist)) instead of adding the content to the disambiguation page - the disambiguation page is what people who first type "scat" into the search box will arrive at, where they select from a choice of articles the subject they actually want to read about. Then, only after you have created the article, you add a single link from the disambiguation page to your article. Thank you. ~Matticus TC 12:43, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
I have reverted the changed you made to Scat. Please read the above message, which gives a good explanation of why your additions were deleted and how you can create the page you are trying to make. FisherQueen 12:59, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
Scat
[edit]Please stop reverting changes. You will be blocked per Wikipedia's 3 revert policy. You have already violated this, but I should let you know about the policy before you get blocked. This is your last warning.--Kungfu Adam (talk) 13:04, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
Some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article ScatHipHop may not be sufficiently well-known to merit articles of their own. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers, and encourages them to become Wikipedians. On Wikipedia, all users are entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. However, to merit inclusion in the encyclopedia proper, a subject must be notable. We encourage you to write or improve articles on notable subjects. Wildthing61476 13:16, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
You have recently re-created the article Scat (Hip-Hop). This was deleted in accordance with Wikipedia's deletion policies. Please do not re-create the article: if you disagree with the article's deletion, you may ask for a review at Wikipedia:Deletion review. Wildthing61476 13:17, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. Wildthing61476 13:21, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Scat. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Scat~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
