The template: namespace is a specialised area that you do not need to know about at this stage. As to your golden ring and sightseeing articles: Wikipedia is not a tourist guide. You might get away with a mention of the golden ring within the Rostov-on-Don article. I have taken pity on your third piece and moved it to draft:16thLine Art Gallery. It still needs a lot more work. If you want to promote your gallery here, at least take the trouble to learn a bit about wiki formatting - basics such as how the contents list is created and how to do references. Concern regarding Draft:The Golden Ring of Rostov on Don

Hello, Setka1989. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:The Golden Ring of Rostov on Don, a page you created, has not been edited in at least 5 months. Draft space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for article space.
