You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Daria Pirojenko (tattoo artist) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. 2A01:4C8:49:B2A2:1865:16FF:FEA4:49BF (talk) 15:34, 9 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Re-creating a deleted article

[edit]
  1. Re-creating an article which you know has been deleted as a result of consensus at a discussion is unconstructive. All of us sometimes find that there is a consensus among other editors which we disagree with. In that situation we have to accept consensus, and not try to impose our own preferred view by ignoring what everyone else thinks. Editors who persist in knowingly editing contrary to consensus may be blocked from editing by administrators.
  2. Don't re-create a deleted article under a different title. There are at least two reasons for that. Firstly, it is possible, though unlikely, that doing so may have the unfortunate effect of making it difficult for editors to keep track of what you are doing, which presumably you would not wish to do. Secondly, it is not merely possible, but far more likely that editors will get the impression that you are deliberately trying to make it difficult for editors to keep track of what you are doing, which I trust would be a mistaken impression, but which would be likely to lead to your being blocked from editing by an administrator.
