Digital divide
[edit]Apologies, but I've had to twice revert your additions to Digital divide. Your additions there are a mix of original research and non-neutral statements, along with some useful information. There may be some useful information in what you added, but I think the best step at this point is to 1) take a look at some of the links in the welcome message above, that will help you get acquainted with our policies and guidelines, and 2) discuss your proposed additions on the article talk page, so that editors can help shape some of that information into a usable format. Also, if you have any questions, you're welcome to ask me here or on my talk page. Qwyrxian (talk) 07:14, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
I understand what you mean now I was writing for a posting for a class and I got into the analysis of what I was saying too much, if I repost again will you delete it? Or is it safe to try my post again.
- I took a look at your additions in more detail today. If you look at the article, you can see that I cut down what you had written in about 5 paragraphs into one. I explained why I did that on the article's talk page. I also left a request for you there (we need a clear, one sentence summary of "emotional cost"), which I'd love if you responded to on the talk page. If you have any questions about why I made those cuts, please ask there. Qwyrxian (talk) 23:57, 25 January 2011 (UTC)
School project?
[edit]Is making additions to Digital divide part of a school project? If so, please provide me with your teacher's Wikipedia name, so that I can chat with them about the recent additions. Qwyrxian (talk) 01:38, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
- Please note--it's not at all a problem if it is, because we are happy to have as many editors possible, including students. The only reason I ask is that we often like to coordinate such projects on Wikipedia, so it will help if we can discuss the issue with the teacher. You could also ask the teacher to come to my talk page and leave a note there. Thanks, Qwyrxian (talk) 04:25, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
