Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. I am new to making Wikipedia pages and I understand that I should have read and understood the guidelines however I have no intentions of using this Wikipedia page as a promotional tactic. I was doing a research paper on music engineers and came across Rich Keller, and had an assignment to create a Wikipedia page on them. I was not aware that I could not use his name as a username, and I am not doing this for promotional reasons, sheerly an assignment.

Accept reason:

Allowing username change to requested username. Please select an option from Wikipedia:Changing username and file a request as soon as possible to avoid re-blocking. As it seems the problematic editing was outside of article space, a second chance seems in order.
