Information icon Hi Swapri10016! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. ok, does changing a portrait on a file count as "changing the meaning" of an article? Swapri10016 (talk) 09:43, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If it was a higher resolution file of the exact same portrait, probably not. But you've been swapping to lower resolution images by different artists leading to a mismatch between the portrait and the caption. That has changed the meaning since the picture does not show what the caption says. DrKay (talk) 09:55, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think you understood me. Changing a caption is not a minor edit. When I said "exact same portrait", I mean the EXACT same portrait, not a portrait by another artist or a different picture by the same artist. I mean the same picture but at a different resolution.
