[edit]Wikifying Or Disambiguation?
[edit]Hey Timo, i just wanted to help you out with your question, which i think Ausir may have helped you with. i wasn't sure if you meant how to make a disambiguation page (example: saturnian (disambiguation)) or wikify. Here are some links that might help you out:
i hope these links could have been of some help. They helped me quite a bit. -- flipjargendy 19:01, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
User Talk Pages
[edit]Incase you did it without knowing, everyone has a talk page. If you go to someones user page and click "discuss this page" you will be at someone's talk page. This is where you can post messages to specific users (or wikipedians). Good luck and have fun :-) -- flipjargendy 21:36, 10 August 2005 (UTC)
- P.S. To sign your name easily just type (~~~) for just your name and (~~~~) for your name and a timestamp.
Wikilinks
[edit]Please, use wikilinks etc. See: Wikipedia:How to edit a page. The articles need to be linked to each other. Ausir 21:34, 13 Mar 2004 (UTC)
Welcome
[edit]Hi! Welcome to Wikipedia! — If you haven't already seen it, I've modified your article Warp core. We have this special redirection mechanism to redirect from one page title to another. — Timwi 23:25, 13 Mar 2004 (UTC)

[edit]Hi Tim, saw your articles and I just wondered whether Aston Webb is as ropey away from the glitzy entrance as when I last worked at the Uni back in 2001?
--Pete Richardson 15:19, 25 Mar 2004 (UTC)
- Er, well I'm a student there at the moment, and being a Computer Science student I don't go into Aston Webb much, so I wouldnt really know to be honest!

Proposed deletion of Warp core breach
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Warp core breach, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? --EEMIV (talk) 15:23, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Timo! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 2 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Jonathan Weaver - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Timo. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Timo~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proposed deletion of List of inline hockey clubs
[edit]The article List of inline hockey clubs has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Trivial and non-notable. Fails WP:GNG. Also see WP:SPORTCRIT. Only primary sources which do not demonstrate notability. Full of redlinks and broken templates. Created as part of a large swath of pages by a single user who has since left.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
