Unfortunately, the only primary source with a description of the award appears only in Belarusian. It is mentioned in note №6.

The source with the description of the award in English has been seized and destroyed by the .by domain holder, the undemocratic Lukashenko regime, and is available only in the web.archive, note №1. Tolanych (talk) 16:39, 28 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
