Edit problems
[edit]Please stop making changes to template names that cause the templates to not expand. You need to learn more about proper editing. I have had to revert most of your edits. If you look at what you are doing (use Show Preview), you would see all the red links you caused. MB 06:37, 2 March 2022 (UTC)
- You have also changed reference tags causing broken references. You clearly don't have the experience with Wikipedia to be editing these articles. MB 06:42, 2 March 2022 (UTC)
When we put the full name of the Church that is not the preferred name we want it is the name of the Church. The name of the church has never been the LDS Church or the Mormon Church. The name has always been The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Quite a few of these pages did not represent the proper name but represented a nickname. Nicknames are not proper names of people, businesses etc. The proper name should be used not the anti Mormon names people try to get the church at.
I will make sure to use templates where needed Whatsupchadjames (talk) 09:09, 25 November 2022 (UTC)
Edit problems: another cycle
[edit]Thank you for the interest in contributing to WP, particularly in articles related to the church. Please familiarize yourself with editing practices, with at least the two following things to discontinue in your efforts: 1) article names just can't simply be changed to a different/preferred one and 2) names of source references, including things like headlines, can't be updated to reflect desired wording. If a local newspaper or media outlet says something about "the new Mormon temple" - it can't be changed to include the full name of the church, just because that may be preferred. Additionally, familiarity with MOS:LDS would likely be helpful. ChristensenMJ (talk) 03:50, 16 May 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm ProofRobust. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Sexuality and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. ProofRobust 08:58, 25 November 2022 (UTC)
