Process

  1. Check the job queue to ensure it is not overloaded before starting
  2. Sending
    1. Send MMS to a batch (Special:MassMessage)
      Don't sent to all the batches at once!
      Mark the batch you are working on so noone else duplicates the work.
      1. Subject: ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message
      2. Body: {{subst:ACEMM}}
    2. Monitor job queue for issues
    3. Check first, middle, last name for delivery on a list
    4. Check off
    5. Repeat until all batches are done
  3. Report completion
